Where do you ship?
Within the United States, by USPS. No shipping abroad yet.
How much is shipping?
A flat rate by the number of bars, shown in your basket before payment: 1–2 bars, $6.00; 3–6 bars, $9.00; 7–12 bars, $13.00. One order ships up to 12 bars; email ellen@foxgullyfarm.com about a larger one.
When will my order ship?
Ships within 3 business days of your order. You’ll get a tracking email when it’s on its way. Delivery usually takes 3 to 8 business days after that. A delivery date can’t be guaranteed.
Can I return soap?
Soap is a personal care item, so it can’t be returned once it has shipped. If a bar arrives damaged or your order is wrong, email ellen@foxgullyfarm.com within 14 days with a photo for a replacement or a refund.
What’s in the soap?
Each bar lists its ingredients on the shop page and on its band. The scented bars are made with olive and coconut oil; the unscented bar is made with beef tallow and colloidal oatmeal, which is oats ground to a fine powder. None of them contain palm oil or synthetic dyes. The rosemary and lavender you can see on the bars come from the garden; the scent comes from essential oils.
When will the first soap be ready?
The first batch will be ready December 11, 2026. Cold-process soap cures for six to eight weeks, and checking on it more often has not sped it up.
How long does the soap cure?
Six to eight weeks. Cold-process soap needs that time to finish before it’s ready to use, so every bar cures that long before it’s sold.
Can I order plants online now?
Not yet. Plant pre-sales open January 2027. Soap will be available to order here first.
Do you sell eggs?
Duck eggs, for local pickup only; they aren’t shipped. Email Ellen at ellen@foxgullyfarm.com to ask what’s available.
What’s planned for your first year?
Soap is the main product right now. Everything else is seasonal: lavender propagated from plants grown here, with vegetable starts and fresh cut flowers planned for spring 2027. Tomatoes are the focus for the vegetable starts. Small trials of greens and herbs are also planned, as a step toward a market garden. The selection will reflect what grows well, what one person can manage and what neighbors ask for.
When is pickup?
Pickup dates are still being finalized. January is when plant pre-sales open; it isn’t a pickup date. Pickup details will be listed with each plant before you order. Fresh cut flowers will have their own availability as the growing season develops.
Will you offer produce or pecans?
Small plantings of greens and herbs come first, as a step toward a market garden for seasonal produce. Any harvests offered for sale will be listed when they’re ready. A pecan orchard is a longer-term possibility, dependent on suitable land, soil and water. There is no pecan-sale date.
Will the plants come with growing advice?
Yes. Each plant sold here will come with plain-spoken growing notes. Planting advice will be checked against local soil temperatures and the forecast. Pickup timing and the right time to plant outdoors may differ, so check the notes for your plant.

Yes. Email Ellen at ellen@foxgullyfarm.com with a plant or other product you’d like Foxgully to consider. Suggestions help with planning, but they are not orders or reservations.
